CHINA RAILWAY AND CONSTRUCTION

Last year the China Railway and Construction Company’s Pakistan branch entered their bid for the O & M contract for the USD 435 million Orange Train Line Project in Lahore. The Firm acted as transaction advisor for the company and assisted the company in its negotiations with the Government of Punjab. The Firm was responsible for spear heading the over all strategy for the negotiations. In addition to the assistance in negotiations the Firm also rendered advice on registration, employment law, tax and operative clauses of the contract.

China International Electric and Water Corp. -China

The firm has acted as legal advisors to the Projects of raising of Mangla Dam and the M4 Motorway Project. We have advised on employment, contractual issues and government related matters. The Firm negotiated the concession documents for both Projects with the Federal and Provincial Governments.
