We are well versed with the Competition Act 2010 and allied rules. We have advised companies on matters related to the Competition Commission. We have also represented clients before the Competition Commission. A lot of our work revolves around general advice and advising on finance is an important component. We are fully verse with financial laws such as the FE Regulations and Banking and finance laws. We are on the panel of various banks and advise these banks on matters under the Banking Companies Ordinance 1962, the State Bank Act. We have also advised clients on the Anti Money Laundering Act 2010 in matters before the National Accountability Bureau.
