Overview

Mr. Khan has over 15 years of experience in the field of law. He has worked for Legal 500 Firms, been General Counsel to the largest FDI in Pakistan, lectures at various universities at the post grad level and is a regular contributor to various newspapers on issues on law. He is also invited as a guest speaker to workshops and seminars. He holds an LL.M from the University of Cardiff in Commercial Law. Mr. Khan’s area of expertise are civil litigation, arbitration, employment law, company matters, financial matters involving companies, customs, government relations, mining, power, tax and contract law. Mr. Khan is the Managing Director of the Firm and is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. Clients have recommended Mr. Khan in the Legal 500 for “his eye for detail” and as being “an out of the box thinker and strategist”.
