The Firm advised VSO on a issue of sexual harassment at the workplace in Pakistan. The issue involved the senior management and the Firm was required to take cognizance of local laws pertaining to Employment law and laws surrounding sexual harassment. The advice was found to be accurate and the availability of the Managing Partner for consultations and conference calls was appreciated by the organization. The matter was handled to the complete satisfaction of VSO. The Firm would at this point also like to appreciate the importance given by VSO to this issue and to the importance of safeguarding rights of women at the work place.
