Mr. Yousaf Amanat from the year 2008 to the year 2016 regularly rendered advice to the company. Legal advice was rendered during the Pre-feasibility and feasibility stages. The Firm worked extensively with the company on advising on issues regarding mining rules, hydrology, contracts, employment, disputes, litigations, company law, customs issues, negotiations with federal and provincial government. The Firm received and reported to instructions from the General Counsels of the parent companies. The Firm was also part of the legal and management team which assisted the company on the Supreme Court litigation and the ICC and ICSID Arbitrations.
