The Firm has provided legal advice to CIMMYT since 2013 in the fields of employment law, corporate governance and tax. Instructions to the Firm have been provided by successive General Counsels based in Mexico. CIMMYT is the global leader in publicly-funded maize and wheat research and related farming systems.
