The Memorandum of a company defines the work that the company can carry out. The primary line of business is also a term which is defined within the Companies Act of Pakistan. Any doubt on what work a company can and cannot do should be reconciled with its Memorandum, the relevant company law and the law governing the line of work within which the company wants to expand its work to. In the present case our advise was spread over Employment law, Company Law and the relevant customs and taxation law of Pakistan.
