Another specialty of our team has been employment law. For the past six years we have exclusively advised MOL Pakistan’s HR Department on matters related to labour law. As In House counsels each member of the team has advised their companies on matters regarding labour law. The Lead Counsel was involved in advising the management of Tethyan Copper Company on the closure of their Site and peaceful laying off of 300 personnel. Throughout are practice we have drafted and reviewed policies on employment law for various clients.

We are well versed in matters regarding the Standing Orders, Industrial Relations Act both at federal and provincial level. We are also well versed in matters regarding the Factories Act.
